Greetings! We hope you are doing well and staying in good health.

We wanted to take a moment to answer a couple FAQ’s regarding our business operating during COVID-19 and to let you know what we are doing to keep you safe when you are back on our buses!

ARE YOUR OFFICES OPEN?

Yes. As an essential provider of transportation services, our office & phone lines remain open. We are open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call us 877-328-4395.

IS MY TOUR OR CHARTER CANCELED?

We will contact you directly if your tour or charter is canceled or postponed due to COVID-19. Our Tour and Charter department are working hard to make all necessary changes and refund any money on trips canceled due to restrictions.  Once again, if you have any questions, please call us – 877-328-4395.

ARE THE JULY & AUGUST 2020 BALTIMORE CRABFEASTS STILL SCHEDULED?

No, unfortunately, we had to cancel the 2020 Crab Feast season due to COVID-19.

If you have purchased tickets, you will be receiving a 100%  REFUND.  Our Tour Department will be contacting you in the next few days.  We look forward to seeing you in 2021!

WHAT IS DAVID TOURS DOING TO KEEP TRAVELERS SAFE?

There is no higher priority to David Tours than the safety and health of our customers and employees. We are committed to providing our customers with the safest & best travel experience possible. We are closely following the updates from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and our state government officials on the COVID-19 restrictions and we are taking every precautionary measure to keep our customers and employees safe(see below). We want you to feel confident when traveling with David Tours.

ENHANCED DISINFECTING PROCEDURES

1.) Every bus interior and common area will be sprayed using a High-Grade Electrostatic Spraying Device.  The device uses a Botanical Disinfectant Solution, which is safe for everyday use and kills COVID-19 and other viruses within 5 minutes.

2.) All buses are thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis, this includes a wipe down of all common areas with alcohol-based wipes.

3.) Sanitizing and disinfecting all common areas of our buses and our offices with alcohol-based products.

4.) Hand sanitizer is readily available in the front and back of all motorcoaches.
