We had a wonderful experience! Our organization planned a tour of Philadelphia on a Sunday afternoon, it happened to be the same Sunday as a major Veteran’s Day Parade. The traffic was awful and the driver could not arrive on time. BUT what could have been frustrating and awful experience was met with so much professionalism! Mr. Wade (our driver) was so amazing and flexible with the changes to our route based on the abbreviated schedule. David Thomas Trailways even honored the time commitment of four hours based on the time the driver arrived, so we were able to have a full experience. Plus, the bus was very clean!!
